How the studio presents itself

Studio

Printed at the top of every invoice.

Entered as a percentage, stored as basis points (1300 = 13%). The currency is a display label only — no conversion is applied.

How Tally bills

Rounding

Time is stored exactly. When an invoice is generated, each entry is rounded up to the next 15 minutes — one minute bills as 0.25h.

Snapshots

Each invoice line stores its own description, project name, hours and rate. Changing this tax rate or a project rate never rewrites an invoice that already exists.

Numbering

Invoices are numbered sequentially from INV-0001. None issued yet. A voided number is retired, never reused.

These settings apply to invoices generated from now on.
